Welcome to the Political Economy of Water project.
This website was created in order to discuss the multitude of issues surround water including politics, economics, and law.
There are two goals:
- To provide a forum for current insightful discussion into the world of water resources from large multinational initiatives to small innovations.
- To provide a taxonomy assessment of ‘who does what in water’ and highlight the locations and organizations which contain certain information, data, and/or specific competencies. This second goal comes from my experience while a graduate student that finding information on water issues is a difficult task.
Since there are really two goals the posts will most likely alternate between providing information and giving opinion.
